Karen, a multi-million dollar producing agent, is a Florida native and enjoys the wonderful amenities that Florida has to offer, especially the proximity to the ocean. Her love for Florida is what inspires her to help her customers find that special home on Florida's east coast. She has helped customers buy and sell homes from St. Augustine to New Smyrna Beach. Karen has a degree in Architectural and Interior Design, which proves to be a great asset for her customers, as she has a special skill for staging a home to get the maximum purchase price. She began working with an architect designing custom homes after graduating from college. She knew then that she found her passion. Her transition into real estate was a natural fit for her. She loves helping clients visualize the potential in a home and her skills allow her to convey this to them. Karen loves meeting and working with the many people she has encountered and has made lifelong friends with quite a few of them.
